How Lucky I am

To live in this beautiful world,
Where the lights spread to
Sparkle our thoughts.
And the night spread out
To invoke our thoughts.
How Lucky I am.

To walk the very steps
climbing up the Mountain top.
The lonely tree spreading
Its wings to give to shade.
How Lucky I am.

To be the child
Of the beautiful two
People in this world.
To hold there
Hands and grow up.
How Lucky I am.

To be with my friends
Who disturbs my sleep.
Force me to explore the unknowns.
The silly fights
And over the limit tauntings
How Lucky I am.

To know the true feelings
And the value of existence.
To find my soul and
To find the beauty in unrequited love.
To find the closeness between distance.
How lucky I am.

Above this to know
Myself and to
Keep my values I believe.
To have a constant
Presence over the  time.

How lucky I am.

That Day..

That day covered
with the yellow light.
From the crowd,
the unexpected dismal glimpse
of the one in front.
And the dressed up color.

The day reached noon,

the place went up.
The stage changed,
and that one again,
sitting in a group of three.

The pointed sight

went to the right.
The tables white and
that yellow again.
Which caught my eyes
was the waving black
making the yellow bright.

The sight I saw

and the solid imprint.
Fresh as the nascent leaves,
washed with the every morning dew.

The day it made,

the wandered strings to stay in place.
The connected place and the hope to meet.
The yellow light and the day it made.

The Forgotten Dream

Even a little Glimpse
I don't remember.
It would have been a nice one,
as with the happy face I woke up
The beautiful forgotten dream
I hope I remember again.

It’s there deep within my mind.
The unknown  colours of
the unknown flowers,
bloomed in the mountain
valley where the snow
has just left melted.
Was this the dream I saw.

Or the joyous moment,
I played with my family.
The kid in me going
to the extent just to
see the  happy smiles
in everyone's face.

No it would have been the one,
Where I would have taken
the wanted hands
which I have waited so long
to the walk of my life.

Where she was  beside me,
talking, laughing and sometimes a little crazy.
The walk through the narrow stretch
in early morning of autumn high.
The Golden Leaves paved as the carpet.
And the Snow white fog covering the distance.

The dew drop reflecting our faces,
A  walk worth in my life.
I hope this was the dream that I forgot.
The forgotten dream

and a beautiful one.

What keeps us happy?

A simple question,
which churns our mind.
Answer lay so many ,
differs with every other.

For the people from the streets,
food at a time makes them happy.
For the peasants, it's the rain
and rich in the luxury.

The varying answers
for this beautiful question.
For me happiness is hope.
A one word answer.

The hope for love.
The hope for peace.
And it goes on.
The hopes I live on.

I feel happy walking with the nature,
or walking with my friends.
I feel happy when I
make someone smile.

Those who know how
difficult to cross the bridge.
feels happy when they cross the  same,
so does someone else

The happiness felt in my heart.,
when the cold breeze brushes past me.
When the sun makes its way through the dark clouds
or when the first drop of rain falls on my cheeks.

As a kid, a candy made me happy.
By the time passed the smile
brought by the candy
was gone with the changing needs.

I am here, a reason to be happy.
There are many things
which makes me happy,
not limited to this piece of sheet.
Or I don't know what makes me happy.

The Two Pearls

The candles lit and the light has spread.
Her glowing face and that sparkling eyes,
Took me to a dream I had.

The two shining pearls, difficult to find.
One worth life and other worth death.
I one who owns it, that  man I saw.
I could sense his purest heart,
Which helped him find the precious pearls.

His days were like my golden dreams.
Both the pearl in hand,
He is the one  living the life.
When others just follow it.

I asked him to help me find
Those scared pearls.
He told me ”look for those,
With an open heart and open eyes.
Who may know that you could find”.

I was happy that now,
I found one in her sparkling eyes.
She was with me to find the other.
I don’t think I may find it,
But we won’t quit till our time will ends.

Now I think I found both.
